Williams F1 have finally revealed their 2013 challenger in the lead up to the second test of the 2013 pre-season.

The car, known as “FW35”, will be piloted by Pastor Maldonado and Valtteri Bottas for 2013.

At the unveiling, Williams Technical Director Mike Coughlan was pleased with the team’s progress throughout the off-season.

“It’s a better, more refined Formula One car than the FW34,” he said. “I’m pleased with the gains that we’ve been able to make with this car.”

The new car features a new gearbox, rear suspension, radiators, floor, exhausts, bodywork and a new nose.

The team also claims the car has not been forced to compromise these updates with increased weight.

Pastor Maldonado will pilot the vehicle on Tuesday and Valtteri Bottas will take over for Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday the two will share the workload both days.
